This included new spark plugs, cleaning and synchronisation of the carb jets, adjustment of float levels, setting of the dwell timing, valve adjustment, a rebuild of the distributor and installation of a new fuel pump. At the time the interior was re-fitted, the VDO instruments were completely rebuilt and all gauges function properly.
